1. How can I purchase your clothes? TOP
You may purchase our clothing online or in retail stores. If you would like to order online, please click on the left hand side of our home page where it says "to order the goods" and submit your order. Someone from Leila & Grey will be back in touch with you to confirm your order and process your payment.
It is Leila and Grey's policy that all orders are required to be paid in full at the time of your order. By purchasing online you are agreeing to these terms.
2. How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP
You can expect your order within 4 weeks. Please know we are working diligently to get your order out as quickly as possible.
3. What is your return policy? TOP
We hope that you will love your Leila and Grey purchase however, if you are not satisified please contact us and we will be happy to address your concerns. All returns and exchanges must be returned within 30 days and are subject to availability. If a size or style is no longer available, we will contact you. All returns are subject to a %15 restocking fee.
Should you have a return, please make sure your package is trackable and insured. We are sorry, but we can not accept COD returns and will not be liable for customer returns that we do not receive.
**Please note that all clothing is custom made with an artistic touch, so all garments may have slight variances or irregularities.
4. What are the shipping costs? TOP
Direct Shipping Rates to the lower 48 states are as follows:
$1-$200.00 = $11.50
$200.01-$400.00 = $16.50
$400.01-$600.00 = $21.50
$600.01-$1000.00 = $26.50
$1000.01 or above = 5% of subtotal
Please add $18 for a Direct Ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.

5. What sizes are available? TOP
The Peace, Love & Happiness Collection ranges from sizes 2 years -12 years.
The Kaleidoscope Collection ranges from sizes 24 months - size 8 years.
The Kaleidoscope Collection ranges from sizes 24 months - size 8 years.
6. Are all of the clothes machine washable? TOP
Yes. However, our recommendations are that all of our clothing is washed in cool water on the gentle or hand washable cycle. Line dry or tumble dry low. Cool iron, if needed.
